Hidden on the northwest coast of Great Barrier Island there is ten acres of bush and virtually your own cove, with fishing, snorkeling, boating and swimming right on your doorstep. With magnificent views of the Abercrombie harbour this is the ideal place for a 'get away from it all' adventure. This modern home has spacious decks and bi-fold doors to give great indoor outdoor living and it is all totally self contained. Two bedrooms plus give sleeping for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized gas oven and hobs, microwave, fridge, almost everything including the kitchen sink. Easy to cook those beautiful fish you just caught off the rocks below. The lounge opens onto the spacious deck has awesome views out across the harbour. Lounge and watch boats pass by, listen to the stereo or watch TV if you have the time. This is a real hideaway holiday. Access is by water taxi or a 20-minute walk from the nearest settlement and road access. You can also row around there in just a few minutes, we provide a dinghy for you. Embark onto a rocky foreshore and climb approx 40 metres up a stony path to the house. If you love adventure then this is the place for you.
